Life Management is available to your employees and their immediate family as part of the unlimited telephonic services. These services provide detailed practical information, education, resources and referrals to help individuals manage their work-life responsibilities. This service is accessed via our bilingual call-center between 8am and 6pm on weekdays and 8am-1pm on Saturdays.
Absenteeism management programme
ICAS are leading experts on absenteeism management in Botswana. Through our integrated absenteeism management system, we have profiled over 30000 sick leave incidents working with many organisations over the last 10 years.
